Ingredients:

Kefir Cheese (Full cream milk kefir fermented with LIVE kefir culture a.k.a. kefir grains), Roasted Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cumin Powder, Ground Himalayan Pink Salt.

What is a Kefir Dip?

Roasted Garlic Kefir Dip is a milk kefir-based dip/spread that has been flavoured with real roasted garlic.

 Why Kefir Dips?

They are a convenient way to add in probiotics into simple meals like a sandwich, or a snack board.
