I was the lucky winner of Nume’s 21 Day Gut Health Programme, and their products are truly amazing!!. I have always suffered with IBS and found myself bloated, uncomfortable and in pain after most meals. I’ve done a lot of research and tried many things over the years and even made my own milk kefir. Then I discovered Nume’s products and I haven’t looked back. I absolutely love the taste of their Water, Milk and Coconut Kefir drinks. I add the 4 in 1 gut powder to my protein shake every morning (it took care of the constipation that usually goes hand in hand with protein powders :).
