Ingredients: Full cream cow’s milk fermented using LIVE Kefir culture – aka as kefir grains. Preservative Natamax in tiny amounts. This prevents the yeasts from getting over-active and causing the bottle to expand (and fall over on the shelf).
PLEASE NOTE: Kefir is a living beverage and will keep fermenting if cold chain is broken. Please keep your kefir at 4°C. Shake well!
