Gut Health Association of South Africa

The Gut Health Association South Africa is an NPC (Non-Profit Company) created to educate the public on gut health and to promote products that do not damage the gut microbiome or the lining of the gut.

NuMeSA became a member in 2023 and we pride ourselves in meeting the requirements from the Gut Health Association to ensure our products are gut friendly.

As part of the Gut Health Association's drive to educate the public on gut health, our own Bronwen del Paggio, owner and founder of NuMeSA, will be hosting gut health talks throughout the year. Subscribe to the Gut Health Association of South Africa's calendar to get notifications of when and where these will happen.

Kefir Making Workshop

It is time for a kefir making workshop again. Please fill out the form if you are interested. Unfortunately, there will only be an in person event Gauteng for now. There may also be an online workshop for those who are far away or can't make the date.

Kefir and kombucha are great fermented beverages to help with hydrating your body AND boost your gut health! These are also low sugar options as the sugar used in the fermenation process are "eaten" by the fermentation process.

Happy Hydrating!
