Various strains of Lactobacillus, including Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium. Tested at 15 million per ml, 1.5 billion in every 100ml serving.

What is Water Kefir?
Also known as Tibicos. Water kefir is a probiotic beverage that is made by fermenting sugar, water, with special kefir grains/scoby. Unlike regular kefir, which is made from cow, sheep, or goat milk, water kefir is dairy-free and vegan. Thought to have been originated in the 1800’s, this kind of ferment has been around for ages.
