WHAT IS LION’S MANE?
Lion’s mane is a type of mushroom and natural nootropic that can enhance mental functioning, improving memory and mental clarity. They support neurogenesis and neuroplasty, making it easier to learn. Lion’s mane has been used in the treatment of MS, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s as well as brain fog. Lion’s Mane is a rich source of antioxidants and polysaccharides, both of which have anti-inflammatory effects.
In Gut health, Lion’s Mane inhibits the growth of H. Pylori, the bacteria mostly responsible for causing stomach ulcers. Lion’s mane is also good for the heart and can improve fat metabolism and lower triglyceride levels, reducing the risk of heart disease. WHAT IS KEFIRAN?
The kefir grain or scoby has a varying and complex microbial composition that includes species of yeasts, lactic acid bacterial (LAB), acetic acid bacteria (AAB) and fungi. All these microorganisms may have a probiotic potential. Kefir is a beverage which is produced by the mixture of the diverse spectrum of microbial species. The largest portion present in water kefir are Lactobacilli, accounting for around 65 – 80% of the microbial population. The Lactococci and yeasts constitute the remaining portion of the microbes present in the kefir grain. Fresh kefir grains are carefully dehydrated to ensure the continued life of the probiotics.

L-GLUTAMINE
L Glutamine is an amino acid which helps with gut health as it improves the mucus production which protects the lining and in which the gut bacteria live, and it boosts immune cell activity in the gut reducing inflammation and soothing intestinal tissue. It also improves digestion and brain health.

This is the best stuff to hit shelves since Ritalin for managing ADHD. It often feels like my brain is a ball of string left on spin cycle. Getting any creative work done takes hours longer than it should. I don’t like using ritalin because sometimes I like colouring outside the lines. Since I’ve been using Gut Brain (1 and a half tsp in the morning), I’m able to focus without feeling rinsed as a result of a comedown. It’s not chemically forced, so my brain functions at the optimal level for whatever the day requires. I feel calmer and less inclined to snack on sugary nonsense to get me through. Highly recommend!
